Shade Mtn Granite is seeking a skilled and motivated Full-Time Countertop Installer Team Lead to oversee an installation crew and deliver high-quality residential and commercial countertop projects. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on precision, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. On job training is provided.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage installation crew on job sites
• Install granite, quartz, and solid surface countertops
• Ensure projects meet quality and safety standards
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Keep projects on schedule
• Driving 3-4 hours daily

Qualifications:

• Valid PA Driver’s License (required)
• Prior installation or construction experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Flexible schedule is a plus
• Ability to lift 100+ lbs with a team
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
