Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant
Dutch Meadows Farm is located in Paradise, PA.
The farm has been owned by the Stoltzfus family for three generations, and has been practicing organic farming for over 25 years.
We have developed partnerships with a close knit group of small, sustainable, family farms where we practice farming with nature without using harmful pesticides, chemicals and artificial growth hormones.
We treat our livestock with respect and let them live their lives the way God intended. We try to keep them outdoors as much as possible and create a low stress, all natural and healthy environment for them to live in.
Our group of family farmers all have special talents and a vision for the future as we work together to grow our unique operation. We have been fortunate to be able to build a community of farmers that are skilled in raising pastured livestock and producing high quality, traditional, nutrient dense, raw and organic foods.
Through our network of customers at Dutch Meadows Farm, we are able to offer a breadth of consciously made, local foods from a whole collective of farms, and carefully pack and deliver these goods to health-conscious consumers across the united states with our own drivers locally and UPS Home delivery otherwise.

Job Requirements:
- Have general administrative skills including working with Excell, Quickbooks, and more
- Have good communication skills with people
- Willing to accept responsibilities for duties/tasks assigned
- Be honest, work with integrity
- Must be able to multi task as needed
- Be willing to work together as team
- Willing to be creative in responsibilities assigned
Job Details:
- Create invoices and sales receipts using QB
- General bookkeeping, accounting
- Process weekly Payroll
- Help process retail orders as needed
- Work with strategic planning for daily operations
- In downtime help with customer service/marketing as needed
- Hours are Monday - Friday 7AM - 4:30 PM
Job Compensation:
- Hourly starting rate at $18-$20/hr depending on experience
(Opportunity to advance in management/leadership position with higher pay for the right candidate)
- Paid overtime, yearly bonuses
