Jobs at Barry's Paint Shop
Barry's Paint Shop
Barry’s Paint Shop Inc has a rich history that began with Barry’s deep passion for automobiles in Ephrata, Pennsylvania. His journey started in 1973 when he converted an old chicken house into a workspace, kickstarting his venture into striping and repainting cars as a part-time hobby. This passion quickly evolved into a full-fledged business, with Barry officially opening Barry’s Paint Shop in 1975 after purchasing a property with a building that had previously served as a body shop.
From the outset, Barry prioritized treating customers with respect and providing top-notch service, embodying the golden rule principle. By 1976, the business had grown enough to hire its first employee. Over the years, Barry’s Paint Shop flourished, staying abreast of industry changes and garnering a reputation for excellence in automotive repair and painting services.
In 2010, Barry’s Paint Shop expanded its footprint by establishing a satellite location named Barry’s Automotive in Neffsville. This move allowed the business to reach a wider clientele and provide its exceptional services to a broader community.
Further growth came in 2016 when Barry’s Paint Shop Inc acquired Roy’s Body Shop, a well-known establishment in the automotive repair industry. Following the acquisition, the shop was rebranded as Lititz Collision LLC in 2022, aligning it with Barry’s Paint Shop’s values and standards.
January 2020 marked a significant milestone as Barry’s Paint Shop Inc transitioned to new ownership under Daryl Horst, Gerald Hoover, and Eric Burkholder. This change in leadership brought fresh ideas and perspectives while maintaining the company’s dedication to honesty, excellence, and customer satisfaction.
In March 2023, Barry’s Paint Shop Inc expanded its services with the launch of Lititz Collision & Repair. This addition further solidified the company’s position as a leading provider of comprehensive automotive repair and collision services, emphasizing quality workmanship and exceptional customer care.
Throughout its history and expansions, Barry’s Paint Shop Inc has remained committed to delivering outstanding automotive solutions, earning the trust and loyalty of customers in Ephrata, Lancaster, Reading, Neffsville, Lititz, and surrounding communities.
